Tim Brown, (Scotty’s Favorite NFL-er) Finished As Raider

Several reports out of Oakland indicate that WR Tim Brown and the Oakland Raiders are parting ways after 15 seasons. Brown met with Raider owner Al Davis on Tuesday, where he was told that he would be used soley as the fourth or fifth wide receiver option. New head coach Norv Turner will be concentrating on utilizing the speed of Jerry Porter, along with the amazing skills of the age-defying Jerry Rice.

Seeing that the Raiders are Scott’s team, and Brown is his favorite current player, I’ll have him post his thoughts on the subject.
